What makes farm fresh milk so special?

Did you ever stumble upon a producer of farm fresh milk? If yes, broadly the first thing that any producer who produces the fresh milk will tell you is that the milk from the cow or the country fresh milk is always produced from the cows that are free grazing and graze on the land that is never treated with any form of pesticides. Moreover, if ever these milk producing cows fall sick, they are taken away from the herd and given the requisite treatment. Post the recovery and the completion of the treatment, the cow is tested several times in the span of the following few months. Only after the proper examination, when it can be ascertained that the milk is free from all forms of antibiotics, the cow is brought back to the herd. Next, the cows that produce the organic milk are never injected with any forms of hormones. Usually most milk producers, inject a special type of hormone known as the Bovine Growth Hormone in the body of the cows. This hormone is injected so as to increase the production of cow milk. BGH is known to have a deadly effect on the human body. BGH is known to destroy the proteins from the entire acidic environment in the milk. The Department of Agriculture states that only after few conditions are met fully, the milk can be labeled as organic milk.

Now, even if people do understand the difference between country fresh milk and the inorganic milk, what really restricts them is the price variation between the two. Usually it has been seen that the organic milk of the cow is more costly when compared to the inorganic milk. This difference in the price is largely attributed to the taste and the health benefit associated with the organic milk.

What many still don’t know is that there are several nutrients in milk that are only present in the fresh milk of the cow. Moreover, people who have ever tried the organic milk never feel the need to switch to any other brand or variety of milk as it is the taste that sticks with them. So, is the difference in the price worth it? Of course!

When you know the variation in taste, nutrients and health benefits, why would you still want to compromise on all this and go for an inferior variety of milk? The best part is that the organic cow milk promotes organic farming in India and this is one of the most important reasons why you should switch to organic milk today.
